Innovation in Aged Care Fellowship

Applications open 1st January 2024 and close 7th April 2024

The Hugh D.T. Williamson Foundation and the International Specialised Skills Institute (ISS Institute) are offering three (3) international applied research Fellowships in the amount of $10,000 each.

The Fellowship

The 2023 Innovation in Aged Care International Fellowship is seeking candidates for this Fellowship who are interested in exploring new and leading practice, innovation and leadership opportunities in Skill Enhancement within the aged care sector. The key areas of focus for the Hugh DT Williamson Foundation/ISS Institute Fellowship are:

  • Infection protection and control

  • Innovation in models of care

  • Improving physical environment

  • Workforce planning

  • Innovation in home care

  • Designing and influencing policy change in the age care sector

The Hugh D.T. Williamson Foundation

The purpose of the foundation is to support and strengthen communities in Melbourne and rural Victoria, establish educational opportunities, build leadership skills in young people, help the elderly and the economically and intellectually disadvantaged, and promote the enhancement of cultural life of Victoria.
