Involving industry in the co-creation of VET assessments: a European perspective

As a result of the ISS Fellowship, Rajesh undertook visits to a variety of vocational training institutes across countries in Europe including Spain, Denmark, Finland, Estonia and Hungary, where some best practices were observed and recorded as part of industry-vocational institute collaborations. ‘Involving industry in the co-creation of VET assessments’ uses these observations as well as research-based findings to determine how RTOs can collaborate with industry to co-create assessments, which can serve to make the entire assessment process meaningful and relevant to the potential employee (learner), the potential employer (industry) and the industry expert (assessor).
