Synopsis
Rahman Abarin’s fellowship explored elements of hybrid concurrent learning and teaching in delivering English as an Additional Language (EAL) courses to Culturally and Linguistically Diverse learners within the Vocational Education and Training sector in Australia. Rahman attended EduTECH Congress & Expo, attended IoT Tech Expo Europe, researched European Digital Education Action Plan (2021-2027), researched ESOL curriculum in the UK, and site-visited hybrid classrooms at the University of Artevelde in Belgium, to explore the following elements:
· Hybrid concurrent teaching practices.
· Videoconferencing platforms.
· Digital skills enhancement action plans.
· Hybrid concurrent classroom set-up.
· Potentials and strategies to implement.
· ESOL curriculum in the UK.
