Sharing the Secrets of European Artisanal Baking: A Journey of Tradition, Culture and Flavour

The primary objective of Ruwan Colombage’s Fellowship was to undertake an overseas study
program across Europe. His engagement in these regions aimed to provide a comprehensive
understanding of Artisanal baking traditions, sourdough production and preparation, as well as
production and processing technologies, with a particular emphasis on their relevance to the
Baking Industry in Australia.
