Synopsis

Annalisa's report profiles leading initiatives abroad that improve outcomes for young people and adults in custody and post-release. In doing so, it collates ideas and serves as an inspiration for policymakers on what is possible across corrections.
The report profiles five key initiatives:
• The Little Scandinavia Project
• Fundación Diagrama
• Youth Unit West, Bjørgvin Prison
• Wayback
• Hudson Link

Each initiative demonstrates that change is possible and improvements to the sector can be made. The report complements existing literature and collates ideas that can be considered for application in Australia.
