Synopsis

The researcher's Fellowship explores international trends to ensure training drives meaningful behavioural change. Identifying strategies used by global educational institutions to engage adult learners, structure training, and foster behavioural transformations. The aim is to ensure that training is the catalyst for behavioural change, going beyond knowledge transfer to empower learners professionally. Key insights include shorter, focused learning sessions with emphasis on learner engagement, practice, rehearsal, reflection, and practical application. Integration of coaching and mentoring which can revolutionize and impact training programs. The goal is for professional development experiences that transcend traditional approaches, empowering our educators with a deeper understanding of learning science so that we are designing and delivering transformative experiences that inspire meaningful behavioural change.
