This Fellowship aimed to analyze and contrast the artisan farming, milling, and baking sectors in Europe and Australia and to identify the areas that need improvement within the Australian industry. The findings will assist in exploring ways in which a well-established market like Europe could bring about positive changes and enhancements in Australia.
